Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer reliable shipping options wherever you live. The delivery timeframe has two parts: order processing and carrier transit.

Estimated timing may be longer for personalized products, high-volume seasonal periods, remote destinations, customs clearance, or events outside a carrier's reasonable control.

• Standard products: normally 3–7 business days for processing before carrier handoff.
• Custom products: production and delivery timing begins after the artisan review is confirmed.

Available shipping methods are shown during checkout for the selected destination. The checkout option, destination eligibility, fee, and estimate shown before payment take precedence if carrier availability or order requirements differ.

• Complimentary Standard Parcel: $0 for unmodified ready-to-ship wreaths; estimated carrier transit is 7–12 business days.
• Artisan Routed Parcel: $28 for AI-custom and semi-finished builds; estimated transit is 9–14 business days after artisan review.
• Priority Custom Air: $48 for eligible custom orders; estimated transit is 5–8 business days after artisan review.

Free shipping applies only to unmodified ready-to-ship products using Complimentary Standard Parcel. Custom products require a paid custom-delivery route. Every available charge is displayed during checkout before payment.

Carrier networks may experience delays because of severe weather, public-health events, customs inspections, seasonal volume, transportation disruption, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking information, when available, provides the most current carrier status.
